Role: Front of House Manager

Number of Employees needed: 4

Working Location: Hirafu / Hanazono Area

Working Experience: Minimum of 1 year

Working Hours: Shifting (candidates must be open to shifting schedule)

Employment Status: Full time (1 year, extendable) Language: Basic English

Salary: Yen 1200- 1600/ hour

Meal: 1 meal per day during work hours

Accommodation: Shared Room (JPY25,000- Summer and JPY35,000- Winter

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

The Front of House Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation, he/ she is responsible for supervising and training front of the house staff for/and reporting to the General Manager.

·         Manage a team of front of house staff including scheduling, training, and general supervision

·         To ensure all staff have an understanding of the telephone answering system

·         Oversees that all opening and closing duties of the venue are completed correctly and that cleanliness and maintenance are maintained

·         Responsible for daily deposits, and the correct operation of the POS systems

·         Balancing of all daily and nightly cash drawers and POS

·         Inventory and maintenance of par levels for front of house items and those used within the venue

·         Providing excellent customer service to guests and excellent leadership to employees

·         Enforce and monitor all health, safety, and sanitation standards

·         Handle guest complaints according to provided guidelines / daily staff briefing

·         Work closely with the Back of House Manager to provide a seamless experience

·         Will report directly to the General manager
