We’re getting well into green season now and it’s set to be an exciting month with the Niseko Classic right on our door step. This is the time of year to be making the most of the stunning sights in the region by donning hiking boots, jumping on a bike, or even turning the key and seeing where the road takes you; It’s all great local food, great sights, and great vibes now and we couldn’t be more excited after such a long, deep winter!

The past month

We had a wet June in Niseko but in between the showers locals have found time to enjoy the surrounding mountains for scenic hikes. These images from local adventurers show just how different the area looks once all that winter snow melts away – keep an eye out for lost skis!

Rhythm Japan have set up their pump track again this summer. Located at the Sunsports field in Hirafu Village, the track is open between 8am and 6pm and is free to use. Get down there with your bike and give it a spin. Don’t have a bike? Rhythm can rent you one!
